Delivery & Shipping Information

Once your order has been accepted and confirmed, we aim to ship your item(s) within 48hours (2 working days).  All vintage jewellery items come in exclusive V4Vintage gift boxes. 

It is our pleasure to confirm that postage will be FREE for all purchases £50 or more (or currency equivalent).   There will be a flat fee of £6 (or currency equivalent) on items £49 and less (or currency equivalent).  All shipments are insured. 

UK Customers: You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your shipment has been processed with an approximate expected date of delivery.  The delivery will be made via Royal Mail Special delivery and as such, will require a signature.

International Customers: Your item(s) will be shipped via International Signed for Mail and can take approximately 10 days to reach you.  You will be able to track your order via the Royal Mail Website.  International shipping carriers may be used to affect delivery.  Date of shipment can vary dependant on the destination country’s postal system.

We will make every endeavour to deliver goods within the estimated timescales.  However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside of our control, for example extreme weather, flood or fire.  We do not deliver on a Public Holiday.

A calling card will be left if you are not around to accept delivery of your goods.  Please follow the re-delivery instructions.  The package will be returned to us if you do not follow the instructions.  In these circumstances, you will be required to pay the re-delivery charges before we attempt to re-deliver the items or products to you. 

Returns

Your satisfaction is our Primary Concern!
If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (exclusive of shipping/insurance charges) following these instructions:

1.   You must notify V4Vintage by email within 3 days after you receive the item(s).

2.   Returns must be sent back to V4Vintage within 24 hours after notification.

3.   Items must be returned, fully insured for the paid price, in the same condition as dispatched, in the original packaging, without any alterations or damage to the item. Please include your sales receipt.

Refunds or credits will be processed within 3 days of receipt and inspection of the item(s). We will confirm receipt of the returned item(s), and completion of the refund, by email.

At our discretion, and by negotiation with the buyer, a credit may be issued for further purchases from V4Vintage.

International Customers:  Any returns from outside the U.K. must be clearly marked

                                   “Returned Goods. Country of Origin U.K.”  

Failure to do so will incur Customs Charges and extra Carrier handling Fees, chargeable to the sender.

The purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that V4Vintage shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with the sale of items on the website.

Restocking Fees:

If necessary, V4vintage reserve the right to deduct 10% of the purchase price of the returned item(s) to cover handling and re-stocking costs.
