SHOPPING WITH CONFIDENCE
Our payment partner is Paypal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. PayPal Inc. (which is a parent company of PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A located in California, USA.). All transactions on this website are processed using our payment partner’s systems. Thus V4Vintage cannot access, share or store any of your card details.
PLEASE NOTE: You can check out with any credit/debit card. PayPal simply manage the security of payment for our customers. A PayPal account is NOT required.
ADD TO BAG
To place an order, simply select the item you wish to purchase, within the item page you will click the 'ADD TO BAG' red button. The item will now be added to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or 'Proceed to Checkout'. Once you begin the checkout process, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure site to complete your payment. Upon completion of payment, you will be redirected back to V4Vintage.com.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Once your order has been accepted and confirmed, we aim to ship your item(s) within 48hours (2 working days). All vintage jewellery items come in exclusive V4Vintage gift boxes.
It is our pleasure to confirm that postage will be FREE for all purchases £50 or more (or currency equivalent). There will be a flat fee of £6.00 (or currency equivalent) on items £49 and less (or currency equivalent).
All shipments are insured.
UK Customers: You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your shipment has been processed with an approximate expected date of delivery. The delivery will be made via Royal Mail Special delivery and as such, will require a signature.
International Customers: Your item(s) will be shipped via International Signed for Mail and can take approximately 10 days to reach you. You will be able to track your order via the Royal Mail Website. International shipping carriers may be used to affect delivery. Date of shipment can vary dependant on the destination country’s postal system.
